    As your seasons are quickly approaching- Please, MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Wayne Central High school is holding their Fourth Annual Youth Competition and we would love to have your team be a part of this! If you could please pass on to your youth coordinator or teams we would greatly appreciate this!

    Youth Cheerleading Competition

    Open to all recreation youth squads: Flag, C, B, and A squads

    ALL participants will receive their placement ribbon, we will be placing the top 4 teams.

    Saturday October 20, 2018
    Gananda High School
    3195 Weidrick Rd Walworth NY 14568

    Doors will open at 8:00 a.m.
    Competition begins at 9:00 a.m.

    Flag and C Squads will compete in the a.m.; after a short break, B and A squads will compete in the p.m.

    Following each session prior to awards will be a Jump Off and a Tumble Off.  Cost of Jump Off or Tumble Off is $5 each per contestant. Register for Jump/ Tumble off by 9 am for Flag and C and prior to second half starting for A and B.  Contestants will go against their own level.  Winner will receive a ribbon.

2017 FLYFCL Cheer Routine Requirements

CHEER ROUTINE REQUIREMENTS

Routines need to be a
MINIMUM of 1 minute for Flag and 1 minute 30 seconds for C, B, and A Teams
MAXIMUM of 2 minutes and 30 seconds

Here is the score sheet that will be used this year: 2017 Score Sheet and Deduction Sheet

Flag:
Must have a cheer portion
Must have a dance portion
Cannot "cheer" over music as your cheer portion
Must have 1 team jump (all members of the squad jumping at the same time)
Must have 1 form of tumbling (forward roll / cart wheel / round off / back handspring)
Must have 1 stunt
Must have 1 pyramid (flyers connecting in the air)

C Squad:
Must have a cheer portion
Must have a dance portion
Cannot "cheer" over music as your cheer portion
Must have 1 team jump (all members of the squad jumping at the same time)
Must have 1 form of tumbling (forward roll / cart wheel / round off / back handspring etc.)
Must have 1 stunt
Must have 1 pyramid (flyers connecting in the air)

B Squad:
Must have a cheer portion
Must have a dance portion
Must have 2 jump sequences (all members of the squad jumping at the same time)
