** If your club is looking to host a camp or clinic, please contact the FLYFCL Executive Board during the planning! For 2025, camps/clinics/scrimmages held outside of our regular season will not be covered by or sanctioned FLYFCL Insurance.

National Football Foundation Scholarship Youth Athlete Nominations

Please click on our Rochester Chapter National Football Foundation website to nominate a player from your program for our Annual NFF Scholarship. Our goal is to have every Program in Section V have at least 1 player recognized. This is a great celebration for one of your players and programs. All you need to do is fill out the application online on our website. Then your player will be recognized at the Annual NFF Banquet with an Award.

Each Club can nominate up to 4 B-Team football players and up to 4 B-Team Cheerleaders.

Game Day Ejections

1) Any player, spectator or coach ejected from a game MUST complete the NFHS Sportsmanship course prior to attending another FLYFCL sanctioned event. Your certificate MUST be provided to your club representative and emailed to [email protected].

2) Any player or coach ejected will be ineligible to participate (coach or play) in the Bowl Game. There will be no consequence to the team standings.

3) The Club to which the player/ coach is rostered will be fined $250 for an ejection. Games officiated by Monroe County Officials are subject to an additional fine based on the Officials contract.

4) The above are addition to any suspensions listed in the FLYFCL rule book or issued by a specific club.

PLAYER ROSTERS & ELIGIBILITY

Grade Requirements
Flag: Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grades
C Team: 3rd & 4th grades
B-Team: 5th & 6th grades

Player league grade is based on the upcoming school year.

Players are ineligible to play down to a lesser grade level with the exception of flag.

Only 3rd graders may play down to flag.

No Player will be eligible if in high school.
