National Football Foundation Scholarship Youth Athlete Nominations

Please check back for the link to nominate a player from your program for the 2026 Annual NFF Scholarship. Our goal is to have every Program in Section V have at least 1 player recognized. This is a great celebration for one of your players and programs. All you need to do is fill out the application online on our website. Then your player will be recognized at the Annual NFF Banquet with an Award.

Each Club can nominate up to 4 B-Team football players and up to 4 B-Team Cheerleaders.

Game Day Ejections - FLYFCL By Laws Pages 28-31

Role	1st Offense	2nd Offense	3rd Offense
Player	Player will be suspended from all activities for a period of one (1) week and becomes ineligible for any end-of-season bowl/playoff game or competition. In addition, the Member Club will be fined up to $250.	Player will be suspended from all activities for a period of two (2) weeks, remains ineligible for any end-of-season bowl/playoff game or competition and the Member Club will be fined up to $350. In addition, an Executive Board member will meet with the player, parent and head coach within 72 hours for counseling session.	Player will be removed from the team for the remainder of the current season and may not attend any FLYFCL sponsored events. In addition, the Member Club can be fined up to $500.
Coach/Board Member/ Other Volunteer Position	Coach/ board member/ other volunteer will be suspended from all activities for a period of one (1) week and become ineligible to participate in any role other than parent at the end of season bowl/playoff game or competition. In addition, the Member Club can be fined up to $250.	Coach/ board member/ other volunteer will removed from their position for the remainder of the current season and may not attend any FLYFCL sponsored events in a role other than parent. In addition, the Member Club can be fined up to $500.
Spectator/Parent/ Guest	Spectator/ parent./guest will be suspended for the remainder of the season. In addition, the Member Club can be fined up to $1000.

Section III, Finger Lakes Officials Association and/or Monroe County Officials may impose additional penalties based on current contract.

PLAYER ROSTERS & ELIGIBILITY

Grade Requirements
Flag: Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grades
C Team: 3rd & 4th grades
B-Team: 5th & 6th grades

Player league grade is based on the upcoming school year.

Players are ineligible to play down to a lesser grade level with the exception of flag.

Only 3rd graders may play down to flag.

No Player will be eligible if in high school.
